Jacob the Flapping Dinosaur Goes to School (Paperback)

About Us:
Marian and Holly have been married for 14 years and are the proud parents of 4 wonderful children. Inspired by their son Noah, they created The Noah Robert Project: A New Approach to Teaching Autism Acceptance, in an effort to develop and design effective teaching tools that go beyond autism awareness, and into teaching autism ACCEPTANCE.
Holly has spent the last 2 years providing autism education and meet-the-author events to schools across the country. Her first book Jacob the Flapping Dinosaur Goes to School is the driving force behind her school programs. She also had the opportunity to provide autism education and training for the Dekalb County Public Library System, in addition to the NGARESA Media Specialist Collaborative. As a reoccurring guest on several christian television stations, Holly has been vocal in challenging churches to better serve the disabled community and is eager to be a tool to help make that possible.
Marian has spent the last 10 years working for Gwinnett County Public Schools. As an instructor for the Special Education Transportation Dept, Marian has extensive experience with public speaking and lesson writing. This is in addition to his years of experience as a special needs bus driver. Marian is also a licensed real estate agent, who is intentional in assisting special needs families with their buying and selling needs.
Together they believe these 3 foundational areas of should be at the forefront of producing communities that are inclusive and understanding of those affected by autism.
